We were planning from across the country and had the absolute best time working with The Loft. We knew the area, but never actually physically saw the venue until about a month before our wedding. We never had any doubts though because the pictures of it were amazing and everyone we worked with was super helpful. We face timed with Mario before we actually booked it to see what it would look like while they were setting up for a different event. They made sure when my parents were in town that they could go and see the venue as well. They were constantly in communication with us as we went along and made sure we were comfortable with everything before and during the wedding. We couldn’t have been happier.
